These birds are sparrow sized birds and I spotted them in urban areas perched on electric wirelines or trees. If you dont observe them properly at 1st sight, you will think its a sparrow itself.
but whn you start observing little bit, 1st thing that catches your eyes is their lower porting with cream color and then covered with scaly breasts..

As the name says, if you observe the
bird closely, it has white with dark scale markings. Male bird has darker markings
and throats compared to females * The adult bird has a dark bill, brown
